Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit *Due to the needs of our client* a Male Support Worker for our young male client in his early 20’s who is living with a Brain injury in Camberley.

Hours

Wednesday 7:00 – 14:00

Responsibilities
· Supporting our client to access the community
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Attending appointments
. Assisting with rehabilitation program.

Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
