Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a confident and proactive Support Worker to work with our female client living in the Arnold area, who has cerebral palsy. You will be required to provide all aspects of personal care and assist with daily living activities.

Hours

  • Monday 3.30pm-10pm
  • Tuesday 3.30pm-10pm
  • Wednesday 3.30pm-10pm
  • Thursday 9am-3.30pm
  • Friday 3.30pm-10pm
  • Saturday/Sunday 9am-10pm

In additional occasional sleeps.

Responsibilities

As part of her support team, you will be responsible for assisting with:

· All personal care

· Supporting our client to access the community

· Providing encouragement and motivation

Training

You will be provided with full training prior to commencing work with our client

* An Enhanced DBS Check is required for the role
