Partnership
Our role is to work in Partnership with you as case managers to support your client to live as independently as possible whilst providing accurate, timely and factual evidence to you and your client’s legal team in the form of electronic daily reports.
At Libertatem Healthcare Group our multi-skilled and flexible Care and Support Staff have the ability to work with a variety of conditions. We are able offer support staff to act as a ‘Buddy’ or Register Nurses to deliver more critical care and everything in between.
