Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* Experienced Female Support Workers to support our young Female client who has Cerebral Palsy and lives in Clydach with her family.
You will undertake a range of duties relating to her care, and rehabilitation process.
You must have some relevant experience, be flexible, proactive, and follow appropriate training and supervision.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in support work working alongside experienced therapists and professionals
Hours
7 days per week – Flexible
Days:
Mon-Sun
0645-1845
1500-2215
Saturday and Sunday – 12 hour shifts available
Please note, alternative weekends will be required for this role.
Responsibilities
As part of her support team, you will be responsible for assisting with
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Accompanying her to school
· Full Personal care
· Providing development and social activities
· The delivery of her rehabilitation program
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
