Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* a Male or Female Brain Injury Support worker. Our Client is a young man in his early twenty’s with a Brain Injury who lives with his uncle in Oxford

18 hours a week

Hours, 6 hours a day

Monday, Wednesday and Saturday

Responsibilities
Provide support with personal care, transfers
Driving the client out in the community / Appointments
Working alongside a full MDT which is already in place
Assisting the client into the community ,
Assisting with hydration and nutritional needs.

Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
