Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit a *Due to our Clients needs* Brain injury support workers for our client in Slough.

Our Client is a 56 year old male living at home with his wife and son. He has planned activities most days of the week, which you will need to support him with.

Hours

Tuesday & Thursday 08:00-16:30

Responsibilities

– Assisting our client in the community

– Driving our client in your car ( Business insurance will be required )

– Assisting our client to his therapy session/activities

– Assisting our client with taking their medication

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
