Vicky is the Clinical Lead for Business Development and a Registered Manager for both CIW and RQIA.
She builds and maintains relationships with customers in Ireland and Wales. Vicky began her career in care, supporting adults with learning disabilities before spending 11 years as a Health Care Support Worker in the NHS. She holds qualifications including QCF Levels 2-4 in Health and Social Care, Access to Health and Social Care, and Mentorship Training.
As a Registered Nurse, Vicky worked across NHS specialties including ITU, Trauma & Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, and Spinal Surgery.
