With over 30 years of dedicated experience in the Health and Social Care sector, Rebecca has built a career grounded by a passion for having positive impacts on individuals’ lives. She began her career as an Auxiliary Nurse and Community Carer, providing hands-on, person-centred support across a variety of settings including dementia specialist homes, nursing homes and support in the community. She progressed into management roles including Care Coordinator, Registered Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Operations.
