Kristie has worked in the care sector for 24 years, beginning her career as a Support Worker, supporting individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, and brain injuries. Over the years, she has progressed through a variety of roles, including Care Coordinator, Complex Care Manager, Operations Manager and Registered Manager.
She is passionate about promoting safe, effective, and person-centred care and takes great pride in seeing clients reach their goals — no matter how big or small — and is driven by the desire to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
