Jo is the Nominated Individual for CQC, RQIA and CIW and ensures clinical excellence and strong governance across the organisation, including; client experience, nursing, regulatory compliance and relations, clinical quality and colleague engagement.
Jo’s career began as a care assistant before she completed her nurse training in Manchester.
Jo most recently was Director of Nursing over a portfolio of health services in SARCs, Police Custody and Secure settings, responsible for an effective clinical governance framework, leading on patient safety and experience as well as promoting workforce learning, development and wellbeing initiatives which underpin excellent outcomes for patients.
