Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit a Female personal assistant for our client,
A young boy living in Andover.
Hours
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4.00pm till 08:30pm
- Hours may increase during the school holidays.
Responsibilities
– Supporting our client to access the community.
– Providing encouragement and motivation
– Attending appointments
– Assisting with rehabilitation program
– Daily living
– Administration of Medication
– Liaising with professionals and family
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
