Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced brain injury support worker to support our female client in Rhuddlan, Denbeighshire.
Our client had a brain stem stroke, resulting in a brain injury. She is 35 years old and has got 2 kids, she requires support with day to day activities and companionship. Our client is seeking a happy, proactive and bubbly character and someone who is more a buddy than a carer.

Due to the clients needs the applicant must be female with a UK driver’s license and have access to a vehicle as our client requires his PA to assist her to attend appointments and activities in the community.

Hours:
3 – 4 days a week (alternative weekends will be required)

Package runs Monday to Sunday
08:00 – 15:00

Training
You will be provided with full training prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
