Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit *Due to our Clients needs* a Male Brain Injury Support Worker to support our Male client who has Brain Injury and lives in Market Drayton. Our client requires assistance going to the Gym, Golf, Swimming and accessing the community. He is independent in personal care and is looking for someone to support him to twice a week.

This is such an exciting role and a great opportunity to develop your skills in support work and make a difference.

Hours

· 2 x 8hr shifts weekdays only (Monday & Wednesday, 16 hours per week)

Responsibilities

· Assist with social stimulation

· Assist with independence living skills

· Access to the community

· Assist with clients sporting interests

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
