Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit an experienced  Brain Injury Support Worker to work with our young male client in Leeds. Our client has a brain injury and requires support with driving for day trips, therapy exercises and helping him to achieve his goals.

Hours

Monday: 2pm – 5pm

Thurs: 10am – 2.30pm to attend CIC cycling in Leeds

Fri: 2-5pm to assist with shopping/cooking/budgeting/meal prep

Saturday: 10 – 2.30pm to attend CIC cycling in Leeds

Responsibilities

As part of her support team you will be responsible for assisting with:

· The delivery of therapy – based including functional living skills

· Supporting our client to access the community

· Providing encouragement and motivation

· Organizing appointments

· Attending ongoing medical appointment with our client

Training

You will be provided with full training prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
