Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit Female Support Workers to work with our male client in the Abergele, LL22 area.

Our client has a spinal injury. There is also a teenage daughter who lives in the property, as well as two additional siblings. Our client likes to go out in his vehicle for shopping and occasional days out. He also likes to go cycling.

*We are looking for a Female Support worker who is able to drive locally.

Hours

  • Monday to Sunday – 08:30 to 21:30

Responsibilities

As part of our client’s support team, you will be responsible for completing the following tasks:

  • Bowel care
  • Catheter care
  • Personal care
  • The delivery of the rehabilitation program
  • Supporting our client to access the community
  • Providing encouragement and motivation
  • Household and domestic tasks
  • Meal preparation
  • Administer medication
  • Supporting to organise and attend ongoing medical appointments with our client

Training
You will be provided with full clinical training prior to commencing work with our client, and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
