GS Cerebral Palsy Support Worker *Waking Nights* £138-£144 per day

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking experienced Support Workers to work with our 11 year old Male client who has Cerebral Palsy and lives in Cheadle, South Manchester.

Hours

Saturday & Sunday waking nights required weekly (8PM – 8AM)

Responsibilities

· Supporting our client to access the community

· Providing encouragement and motivation

· Organizing appointments

· Attending ongoing medical appointments with our client

Training

You will be provided with full training prior to commencing work with our client, and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.

*An Enhanced DBS Check is required for the role
