Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* a Female Complex Care support worker in Calne.

Our Client is Female in her 50’s with Motor Neurone Disease, she lives with her Son and her Son’s dog.

Hours
Monday- Sunday 08:00- 20:00 ( 2:1 Support)

Responsibilities
– Assisting our client with all personal care needs
– Assisting our client with moving and handling tasks and ensuring she is comfortable
– Assisting our client all her nutrition and hydration needs.

Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
