Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* Experienced Female Support Workers to work with our client in Wolverhampton.

Our female client requires support that is twofold as our client has a daughter with complex healthcare needs, therefore the job will involve supporting our client to look after her daughter. There will be some hands-on care and support for her daughter as well as providing support and encouragement to mum.

Hours

3pm – 8:30am

3pm – 8:30pm

8:30pm – 8:30am

Responsibilities

Supporting mum to get her daughter ready and off to school on via the transport service
Being present when her daughter returns from school
Personal and clinical support for her daughter after school
Supporting mum to coordinate appointments
Meal preparation
Basic household tasks
Adhoc duties as and when required.

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
