Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker (VS/AT) £13.95 – £15.12 per hour

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* Experienced Female Support Workers to support our young Female client (8 years old)who has Cerebral Palsy and lives in Clydach with her family.
You will undertake a range of duties relating to her care, and rehabilitation process.
You must have some relevant experience, be flexible, proactive, and follow appropriate training and supervision.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in support work working alongside experienced therapists and professionals
7am – 10:15pm
(7 days per week)
As part of her support team, you will be responsible for assisting with
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Accompanying her to school
· Full Personal care
· Providing development and social activities
· The delivery of her rehabilitation program
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
