Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* Experienced Female Support Workers to support our young male client (11 years old) who has Cerebral Palsy and lives with his family.
You will undertake a range of duties relating to her care, and rehabilitation process.
You must have some relevant experience, be flexible, proactive, and follow appropriate training and supervision.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in support work working alongside experienced therapists and professionals
Tuesdays : 3.30 pm – 7.30pm
Sundays : 9am-5pm
As part of her support team, you will be responsible for assisting with
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Full Personal care
· Providing development and social activities
· The delivery of her rehabilitation program
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.

· Regular supervisions
· Annual appraisal
· Weekly Pay
