Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking *due to our clients needs* to recruit Experienced Female Support Workers, to support our Female client who has Cerebral Palsy and lives in Medway in her own property. Our client is fiercely independent and has an outgoing personality. Our client also now has a puppy.

You will undertake a range of duties relating to her care, and rehabilitation process.

You must have some relevant experience, be flexible, proactive, and follow appropriate training and supervision.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in support work working alongside experienced therapists and professionals

Hours

2 x 13 hour shifts per week and every third weekend shift.

Responsibilities

As part of her support team, you will be responsible for assisting with

· Providing encouragement and motivation

· Full Personal care

· Providing development and social activities

· The delivery of her rehabilitation program

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
