Libertatem Healthcare is seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* Experienced Female Support Workers to work with our Female client living in the Peterborough.

Our client is in her 70’s, she has got stoma and epilepsy.

*We are looking to build a small team of support workers who will assist our client on a daily basis and offer 1:1 support 7 days every week.

Hours:

08:00-20:00 (alternate weekends will be required)

Responsibilities

· Assisting with personal care and related duties

· Stoma care

· Assistance in remaining independent

· Providing companionship and confidence building

· Assisting with some domestic chores

· Assisting client to access the community.

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
