Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit experienced *Due to the needs of our client* Female Brain Injury Support Workers to work with our teenage Female client in Chigwell, Essex. Our client has a Brain Injury. She is a wheelchair user and has no movement down one side and suffers from epilepsy , the team will need to assist to access the community and engage in activities. Full MDT of therapists involved who will support the care team.


Monday – Sunday 8am – 8pm


As part of her support team you will be responsible for assisting with:

· Supporting our client to access the community

· Engaging in activities

· All personal care

· Providing encouragement and motivation

· Organizing and attending appointments

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.


· Extensive training
