Complex Care Support Worker *Day shifts* (GS/PD) £168-£192 per day

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit experienced Experienced Support Workers with the knowledge and competence to work with our client in Bracknell, Berkshire with his family. He is a very active man in his 20’s with varied interests.
Out Client is a young male adult who is living with a Brain injury and complex care needs. Experience in challenging behaviour is mandatory.
Applicants must have the following
· Experience with Brain Injury
· Experience in managing complex care needs and challenging behaviours
· Minimum of 2 years Care experience
Our client will be supported throughout the day on a 2:1 basis.
We are currently recruiting for the following:
Some weekends will be required.
As part of his support team, you will be responsible for assisting with
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Providing development and social activities
· The delivery of her rehabilitation program
· Experiences working with clients with challenging behaviours.
· Works well as a part of a team in a challenging environment.
· Physically fit, energetic and enthusiastic
· Committed and able to give regular availability each week.
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
