Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit Experienced Support Workers to support our young male (14yrs old) who lives in Morecambe with his family.
The role requires sensitivity to the teenage boy and his family’s needs and to work in partnership with a wider multi-disciplinary team, to support the his progression and development into adulthood.
You will undertake a wide range of duties relating to the care, and rehabilitation.
You must have some relevant experience, be flexible, proactive, and follow appropriate training and supervision.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in support work working alongside experienced therapists and professionals
Our client has cerebral palsy and needs support throughout the day on a 2:1 basis.
Monday to Friday 14:00-20:30 (per rota basis)
Monday – Sunday 9:00 – 18:00
As part of his support team, you will be responsible for assisting with
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Providing development and social activities
· The delivery of his rehabilitation program
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
