Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* a Cerebral Palsy Support Worker with experience in working with children, especially children with brain injuries.

Our client is a 5 year old young boy with Cerebral Palsy that effects his whole body. He has complex medical needs and is dependent on adult support for all activities and personal care. You will be trained to position him correctly in his equipment, give him his feed via a peg and administer medication.

Hours
Waking night shifts 20:00 – 08:00
Monday – Sunday Rolling Rota.

Responsibilities

– Assisting with therapies and rehabilitation program

– Assisting with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, feeding

– Providing personalised support in a sensitive and confidential manner, to individual and family.

– Thinking outside the box to come up with innovative ideas to help client/family

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
