Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit Support Worker with experience of Brain Injuries.Our client is a young boy with Cerebral Palsy with right side hemiplegia and Epilepsy.
Hours
36
Tuesday-friday 1-7pm (6 hour shifts)
Saturday 9am-3pm

Responsibilities
. Administering medication.
. Assisting with daily tasks including personal care.
. Assisting with daily house hold tasks and cooking.
. Accessing the community including taking to and from school.

Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
