Libertatem Healthcare is seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* an experienced Brain Injury Support Worker.

Our client lives at home with his family, dogs and cats. He is 9 years old with a below elbow amputation of right upper limb.

He loves to swim, so this will be a necessary skill, as will be required to take him swimming once a week.

We are looking to recruit drivers with their own car, who will be happy and confident to drive our client around.

Hours

3-4 days a week of 6 hours of shift – hours to be discussed at interview stage.

Responsibilities

· Taking client swimming once a week
· After school care

· Further detail to be disclosed during interview

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
