Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit a team of Due to our clients needs Experienced Support Workers to support our Male client with a Brain Injury who lives in Exeter.

Our client likes to have company and enjoys being bus, doing various activities with his support team.
He has mobility restrictions, but uses a standing frame for short distances and a wheelchair for long distances.

*Applicants must be a Driver with a Full UK Driving License as you will need to drive the client around in his own vehicle when on shift*

10 hours per day (08:00-18:00 / 09:00-19:00)
Monday to Sunday working on a rolling Rota basis.
Alternate weekends required.


As part of his support team you will be responsible for assisting with:
· Supporting our client to access the community
· Assisting with daily tasks including medication, personal care, meal planning
· Social support
· Providing encouragement and motivation

*Training & Background Checks*

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.

· Extensive training
· Regular supervisions
· Annual appraisal
· Weekly Pay

*Double Covid vaccination may be mandatory dependent on the client’s needs.*
